Is BackChat a free service?
Yes, it’s a free service. It’s being built and supported by Possibil.com Inc.
Does BackChat use chatbot technology?
No. We use dynamic data-base interactivity. Based on the seriousness of the topics that victims of bullying need help with, we decided to ensure they would receive accurate and empathic responses as they worked their way through the process of finding their voice and composing a push back message. A chat bot is often a blunt instrument and we didn’t want to risk inaccurate or generic responses delivered via a chatbot.

Will a version of BackChat be made available for teenagers?
Depending on the success of the adult version, our intention is to also create a BackChat version for teenagers. We will use the same application but it will use language that teenagers all over the world can understand.
Will BackChat be availabe on IOS and Android?
Our intention is to make BackChat available as a responsive web application that can be used on all mobile devices.
