BackChat is a free, guided anti-bullying tool that provides you with text examples you can edit, copy and paste into text, social media or email tools to help you push back when it really matters.

The push-back text examples that BackChat provides are based on your responses as you go through the interactive questionnaire. You’ll answer a series of questions, structured around four steps using B-A-C-K as the process guide. It takes only 10-15 minutes.
