Your access to and use of the BackChat Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our BackChat Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Content
Our Service allows you to use BackChat as a guided anti-bullying tool by providing you with text examples (“Content”) that you can edit, copy and paste into text, social media or email tools to help you push back against bullying when it really matters. You are responsible for the way you use the text examples.
BackChat and Possibil.com has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the way you use the content. You further acknowledge and agree that BackChat and Possibil.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content or services available on or through the BackChat web site or a responsive version of the BackChat mobile application.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Collection of Information
We limit the information we collect about you. The information we use to improve the service is based only on feedback provided by previous users of BackChat who choose to talk to us and share insights. All users of the BackChat application are anonymous. The application does not require your email, name or contact details.
Derivative Data
Our servers automatically collect information from anyone that accesses the Application, such as native actions that are integral to the Application. This anonymous information, known as server log files, is standard for all website applications and is not used by BackChat.
Security of Your Anonymous Information
Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you choose to provide personal information.
